My style is rooted in documentary-style storytelling, capturing real, candid moments rather than stiff, overly posed shots. I never interrupt moments to get the ‘perfect shot.’ Instead, I capture moments as they unfold, finding beauty in their authenticity. Plus, how annoying if I just took a couple out of a present, joyful moment for a picture! I blend gentle direction with a natural, hands-off approach to ensure your photos feel like you. Expect a mix of:

If you book with me, I have a wedding welcome packet to get to know you and your partner, your preferences, and any outstanding questions so I can support your planning.

• Location Scouting – Whether it’s for an engagement session or an elopement, I’ll find the perfect spots with the best light and backdrop. I love customizing locations based on couple’s preferences and vision!
• Vendor Recommendations – Need a florist, planner, or makeup artist? I’ll connect you with trusted vendors who align with your vision. As an LGBTQ+ photographer working with many queer and queer-allied clients, I’ve compiled a list here of trusted vendors!

On Your Wedding Day: What It Feels Like to Work with Me

Your wedding day should feel effortless, and I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable and fully present in the moment. Before your wedding day, I get to know you and your partner and your vision so well that I have no questions on your wedding day. I blend into the background while capturing all the big and small moments that make your day special. With that said, I am happy to un-blend and advocate for you, handle any hiccups, remind family of boundaries, etc.

For couples who don’t love being in front of the camera, don’t worry! I focus on real interactions, making sure you never feel awkward or overly posed. My approach is all about genuine connection and authenticity.

Delivery & What Happens After the Wedding

After your wedding, I rush home to quadruple back up your day (all photos are already double backed up) and begin the editing process! Here’s what you can expect:

• A preview gallery within a few days so you can relive some highlights right away.
• Full gallery delivery within the expected timeline, filled with carefully edited, high-resolution images.
• Album & Print Options – If you want tangible keepsakes, I offer beautifully designed professional albums and prints to bring your memories to life.
